Blizzard Headed For 5th Straight Playoff Appearance

The Green Bay Blizzard currently sits in fourth seed in the American Conference playoff standings with three games remaining this season. With a record of 8-5, the Blizzard are one game behind the Midwest Division leading Iowa Barnstormers.

W-B/Scranton and Tennessee Valley lead their respective divisions and hold the top two playoff seeds in the American Conference. The Kentucky Horseman and the South Georgia Wildcats both have 8-5 records along with the Blizzard but Green Bay owns the better win percentage against common opponents. In turn the Horseman own the point differential tie breaker over the Wildcats giving them the higher number five seed. The Florida Firecats and the Albany Conquest currently fill out the final two seeds in the conference.

Based on the current standings, the Blizzard will host a home playoff game and will play the Kentucky Horseman.
