April 28, 2009 - arenafootball2 (af2)
Green Bay Blizzard News Release

The Green Bay Blizzard are preparing for the frst game of what should be a ferce intrastate rivalry against the Milwaukee Iron at the Bradley Center. The Iron are in their inaugural season in the arenafootball2 (af2) league and the Midwest Division.

The Blizzard are entering the game with a 2-2 record and will be looking to keep their road record a perfect 2-0 with a win over the Iron. This road win would also keep the Blizzard undefeated in divisional play so far this season. The Iron were able to split their frst two games of the year going 1-1 but have struggled to get a win since their week three loss, losing the next three games. Statistically the Iron have been impressive ranking frst in total defensive for the league the past couple weeks.

Any Blizzard fans interested in making the trip to Milwaukee to watch the game on Friday can take advantage of a ticket package including transportation to and from the game. The package costs $25 for the bus to Milwaukee and includes a ticket to the game. The bus can only accommodate 48 people so the frst 48 fans interested will get a seat on the bus. On Friday, the bus will leave Lambeau Field at approxi- mately 4:30 with kickoff at 7:05 and, and then return to Green Bay after the game.

Fans interested in traveling on their own to the game can purchase tickets for the group discount price of $11.50. Call the Blizzard offce for more information or to order your ticket package for this intrastate rivalry match up at 920-405-1264.
