Blizzard Co-Owner Ahman Green Named to Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame

Green Bay, WI - The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame Inc. announced Tuesday that Blizzard Co-Owner and Packers' All-Time Leading rusher Ahman Green will be inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony will be held inside the Lambeau Field Atrium on Saturday, July 19, 2014.

Green became a Co-Owner of the Blizzard on March 21, 2012 after playing eight seasons (2000-06;09) with the Packers. A four-time NFL Pro-Bowler, Green finished his career as the Packers' all-time leading rusher with 8,322 yards. He also holds franchise records in most yards from scrimmage (11,048), 1,000-yard seasons (six), 100-yard games (33) and rushing attempts (1,851). Green set the Packers' single season rushing records in 2003 with 1,883 while tying the NFL's second longest run (98 yards) and set the franchises single season touchdown mark (20)

Green retired from football in 2011 and is joined in ownership of the Blizzard by Larry and Kathy Treankler and Art Clarkson. The Blizzard would like to congratulate Ahman for this great achievement!
