
Blazers Acquire Forward Kobe Verbicky from Oil Kings

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have acquire 18-year-old forward Kobe Verbicky from the Edmonton Oil Kings in exchange for a seventh round pick in the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft.
Verbicky, who was selected in the second round of the 2018 WHL Prospects Draft, has two goals and two assists for four points in 26 career games with the Oil Kings.
"We are excited to have had the opportunity to acquire Kobe," said General Manager, Shaun Clouston. "Kobe is a great skater with offensive upside that will add depth to our strong group of 2003-born players."
The Victoria, BC native will join the Blazers this week.
