Black Wolves Acquire Mitchell

New England Black Wolves News Release
UNCASVILLE, Conn. - The New England Black Wolves announced today that the team has acquired Mackenzie Mitchell from the Vancouver Warriors in exchange for a third-round pick in the 2022 NLL Entry Draft.
Selected in the fourth round, 34th overall, of the 2017 NLL Entry Draft, Mitchell has played in eight games for Vancouver during his career. The 6-foot-3 defenseman has 16 loose ball pickups and three caused turnovers to go along with two assists in six games this season.
New England also moved defenseman John Lafontaine to the injured reserve list and activated Adam Perroni from the practice squad this week. In addition, forward Quinn Powless was moved to the active roster while JP Kealey went to the practice squad. The team also released Tal Bruno from the practice squad.
The Black Wolves will be in action next on Sunday, March 3 against the Colorado Mammoth at Mohegan Sun Arena. Game time is set for 1 p.m. Tickets are on sale and can be purchased by visiting blackwolves.com or calling 844-LAX-WOLF.
