
Black Bears Unable to Complete Weekend Sweep

Maryland Black Bears News Release
The Marlyand Black Bears were unable to complete the weekend sweep of the Northeast Generals Sunday night as they fell by a score of 4-2. Joseph Mancuso led the Maryland offense with a goal and an assist. Marek Wazny tapped in the Bears second goal but ultimately Maryland could not overcome the early 4-0 deficit. Connor Pooley and newcomer Patrick Choi also hit the scoresheet with assists on the Wazny goal. The Black Bears will be home next weekend at Piney Orchard Ice Arena as they take on the Johnstown Tomahawks Friday and Saturday night.
