TODAY'S GAME: Tonight, the Buffalo Bisons face the Norfolk Tides in the first game of a four-game series from Harbor Park (7:15 p.m.). Tonight's contest is also the start of an eight-game roadtrip for the Herd. The Bisons are coming off a 2-6 homestand and have lost four straight for the first time this season. Buffalo is 18-16 as the road team this season.

vs. TIDES: The Bisons and Tides split a four-game series in Buffalo, June 9-12. Buffalo has had tremendous success at Harbor Park, losing just one of 14 series they've ever played in Norfolk. Overall, the Bisons are 37-19 in the Tides' home ballpark, good for a .661 winning percentage.

MCHUGH: RHP COLLIN McHUGH will make his Triple-A debut with the Bisons today. The Mets 18th round pick in the 2008 draft was promoted today after going 5-5 with a 2.41 ERA in 12 starts with Binghamton (AA). He was also 5th in the Eastern League with a 1.07 WHIP. Last year, McHugh was 8-2 and a 2.89ERA with the B-Mets and was named their Pitcher of the Year.

THE CLOSER: RHP FERNANDO CABRERA is a perfect 15 for 15 closing out games this season. His save total is three more than any other pitcher in the International League. Cabrera has 23 saves his his Bisons career, as he also closed out five games in 2004 and three more in 2005. That total is tied for 6th most in the Bisons modern era, only six behind leader RHP Blas Minor.

WALK THE LINE: OF VALENTINO PASCUCCI drew another free pass yesterday and has now walked 28 times in his last 26 games. His 47 free passes on the season are 3rd most in the International League. Last season, Pascucci's 76 walks were 2nd in the IL behind only Pawtucket's Lars Anderson (80).

ROSTER MOVE: To make room for McHugh's debut today, RHP JEFF STEVENS was transferred to Binghamton today. The reliever was 0-1 with a 4.33ERA in 22 relief appearances with the Herd.

BISONS BITS: OF FRED LEWIS is tied for 3rd in the IL with five triples...LHP JUSTIN HAMPSON is tied for 2nd in the IL with six holds...RHP FERNANDO CABRERA leads the IL with 27 games finished on the season.

METS UPDATE : The Mets (35-32) were swept by the Reds after dropping a 3-1 decision yesterday. New York had seven hits but all of them were singles. Former Bisons RHP CHRIS YOUNG allowed just two earned runs in seven innings but fell to 1-1 on the season. The Mets host the Baltimore Orioles tonight at Citi Field (7:10 p.m.).
