
Bisons and Braves Play to 3-3 Tie

The Buffalo Bisons and the Richmond Braves (Atlanta Braves) played to a 3-3 tie in Winter Haven, FL this afternoon. The Bisons are now 4-3-1 in exhibition contests. The Herd will travel to Kissimmee, FL tomorrow to play the New Orleans Zephyrs (Houston Astros) at 1:00 PM.
Bisons left fielder Nate Grindell had a two-run home run for the Herd. Center fielder Coco Crisp singled in the Bisons only other run. Victor Martinez, Greg LaRocca and Alex Escobar also singled for the Herd.
Left hander Brain Tallet started for the Herd and allowed just two runs on 6 hits in 6 IP. Dave Elder allowed one run in two innings and Chad Paronto pitched a scoreless inning in relief.
