Benschoter Joins Pit Spitters Roster

Traverse City Pit Spitters News Release

The Traverse City Pit Spitters have made the following roster moves:

Added P Sam Benschoter the roster. Benschoter is a Junior at Michigan State. The right-hander, originally from Tecumseh, MI, appeared in 10 games for the Spartans this year. His complete 2018 college stats can be seen here -https://msuspartans.com/roster.aspx?rp_id'68

Added P Mason Sherrill. Sherrill, a left-hander from Bellbrook, Ohio, is entering his Junior year at Olivet Nazarene University. His stats can been seen here - http://www.onutigers.com/roster/14/15/8284

P Wyatt Rush and P Evan Gates have had their contracts waived.
