Omaha, NE, November 8, 2015 - The Beef are proud to announce the signing of another former Husker great. Defensive Tackle Terrence Moore, who played with the Huskers from 2007-2011, will be joining the ever amazing lineup of the 2016 Omaha Beef football team.

Moore joined the Huskers in 2007 as a Redshirt and was most valuable during his Junior and Senior seasons. As a Junior in 2010, Moore was the top reserve at defensive tackle and finished with 16 tackles, three tackles for loss and a sack. He had a season-high four tackles in a win at Washington, one week after he earned a sack and recovered a fumble against Idaho. Moore also produced a tackle for loss in wins over Missouri and Kansas. In the Big 12 Championship, his pass deflection inside Oklahoma's red zone resulted in Courtney Osborne's interception that set up Nebraska's second touchdown of the game. Moore capped the year with two tackles in the Holiday Bowl, while earning his first career start in the game.

In 2011, the 6-3, 290-pound Moore played in every game, and made seven starts, including the final five games of the season. Moore finished his senior year with 20 tackles, including a sack and two tackles for loss, while adding four quarterback hurries. He also had an interception and a 10-yard return at Michigan to set up a Nebraska field goal. Moore made single tackles in four of the first eight games, then racked up 15 of his stops in a three-game stretch late in the year. Moore had a career-high seven tackles against Northwestern, then added six, including a tackle for loss, at Penn State. He had two solo tackles in addition to his interception at Michigan, and had his first sack of the year in the Capital One Bowl against South Carolina.

Following the 2011 season, Moore was chosen as the winner of Nebraska's Tom Novak Award, which is presented to the Husker senior who "best exemplifies courage and determination despite all odds in the manner of Nebraska All-America center Tom Novak." The award is voted on by Nebraska sportswriters and broadcasters and presented at the Outland Trophy banquet in Omaha.

The Beef are also excited to announce the re-signing of former Husker and last years' Beef member WR Brandon Kinnie. Kinnie joined the Beef for the 2015 season and gained a team-high average of 44.4 receiving yards per game. His season total of 488 passing yards and 9 TD's was the highest of any Beef wide receiver in 2015, and Kinnie is excited about returning to the team and producing even bigger numbers in 2016.
