Omaha, Nebraska â Omaha Beef Football is pleased to announce the 2004 coaching staff. Head Coach Sandy Buda will also serve as Offensive Coordinator
Herman Colvin â Defensive Coordinator
Tony Veland â Defensive Backs Coach
Bill James â Offensive/Defensive Line Coach
John James â Receivers Coach
Buda, Colvin, B. James and J. James are all preparing for their fifth year coaching indoor football while Veland is preparing for his second. With a combined 22 years experience with coaching indoor football Coach Buda said, "I am very happy to have a veteran staff... we know each other real well and are looking forward to the season."
The Beef begin practice on Friday, February 7th in preparation for the pre-season game vs. the Show Me Believers from St. Charles Missouri on Saturday, February 28, 2004 at the Omaha Civic Auditorium with a 7:05 PM kickoff. Individual game tickets go on sale at 10:00 AM, Monday, February 9th. All seats in the house are $10 for the pre-season game.
