Bears Drop First of Two in Fairbanks

The Brown Bears traveled to Fairbanks, and saw a good effort in the first period where they were tied at one spoiled by some bad bounces, and being out shot by a strong Ice Dog team. The first period goal was scored by Zack Zulkanycz (Jackstadt, Butcher) the next three goals were scored by Fairbanks, and then another Zack Zulkanycz strike cut the lead Ice Dog lead to two. (Assits: Gessert,Bouvet) It was to little to late as the Ice Dogs rallied and won the game 7-2. Evan Hauser made 23 saves in the loss.
