NEWARK, NJ - August 29, 2006 - The game between the Newark Bears and the Long Island Ducks Tuesday evening at Citibank Ballpark has been postponed due to inclement weather conditions. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday, August 31 with game one scheduled to start at 6:05 pm. The teams will play their scheduled game on Wednesday in Long Island with first pitch set for 7:05 pm.
