While with the Cardinal, Green was named to the Pac-10 All-Freshman, Second Team and First Team in consecutive years. During his junior season, he averaged 16.7 points per game and led his team in three pointers made (88). Green went undrafted after declaring for the NBA Draft following his junior season.
To make room for the newly acquired players, Erie waived guard Mike Gerrity. While with Erie, Gerrity averaged 7.3 points and 4.4 assists per game.
Thompson joined the BayHawks on Friday and will be in action for both games this weekend. Green is expected to join the club on Sunday.
The BayHawks play Friday and Saturday at home against the Maine Red Claws and Dakota Wizards. Friday night is the Erie Federal Credit Union Money Machine Challenge and $5 Family Friday.
