
BayBears win third straight

MOBILE, AL- For the second straight night, the Mobile BayBears fell behind early, but for the second consecutive night, they came back to win by a landslide. The BayBears scored five times in the fifth inning and four times in the sixth inning Monday night to beat Montgomery 10-3. It was the third straight win for the BayBears, who have had two four game winning streaks in 2005.
Cesar Carrillo (3-0) has three wins in four starts since joining the BayBears. On Monday he pitched seven innings, allowing one run on three hits. Jim Magrane (1-4) struggled for Montgomery, allowing six runs in five innings.
The BayBears will travel to West Tenn and play three games against the Chicago Cubs Double-A affiliate beginning Tuesday in Jackson, Tennessee. All BayBears games can be heard on 1480 AM WABB, Comcast Cable Channel 59, and on the internet via www.mobilebaybears.com.
