Battery to Host USL PRO Quarterfinal on Saturday, August 24

Charleston, SC. The Charleston Battery will host a USL PRO quarterfinal playoff match on Saturday, August 24 at Blackbaud Stadium with kick off set for 7:30 PM. The Charlotte Eagles tied 3-3 with VSI Tampa Bay on Friday night ensuring the Battery at least a top four regular season finish.

The Charleston Battery are the defending USL PRO champions, the Battery defeated the Wilmington Hammerheads 1-0 in the 2012 Championship game to earn its fourth USL title.

Tickets for the quarterfinal playoff match will go on sale Monday at noon priced at $10 - $18 with discounts available for groups of 10 or more. --Complimentary tickets for 2014 season ticket holders-- Charleston Battery fans who place a 20% deposit for 2014 season tickets will receive complimentary tickets for the Battery's USL PRO quarterfinal match.
