2022-23 BATTALION REGULAR-SEASON SUMMARY

FIRST GOAL: The Battalion is 2-0-0 when scoring the first goal of a game and 0-1-0 when the opposing team scores first.

AFTER TWO PERIODS: The Battalion is 2-0-0 when leading after two periods and 0-1-0 when trailing after the second.

POWER PLAY: The Battalion is 4th in power-play efficiency with a scoring percentage of 30.8. The Troops have scored four goals on 13 opportunities.

PENALTY KILLING: The Battalion is tied with Kitchener and Sarnia for 7th in penalty-killing with an effectiveness of 83.3 percent. The Troops have allowed two power-play goals during 12 times shorthanded.

PENALTY MINUTES: The Battalion is tied with Ottawa as the 10th-most penalized teams in the OHL, averaging 11.0 minutes per game.

EVEN STRENGTH: The Battalion has scored seven goals at even strength or when shorthanded, and surrendered six goals at even strength or with the man advantage.
