His 3 shootout tallies tie him for the AHL lead with four others.

* The Barons were among the final 3 AHL teams to have a player recalled to the NHL this season (Abbotsford and Hamilton were the others), but that changed last week. On Nov. 16, defenseman Shawn Belle and winger J.F. Jacques were recalled to Edmonton. Jacques was with the Barons on a conditioning assignment. Goaltender Martin Gerber was recalled on Nov. 18 after an injury to Edmonton's No. 1 netminder Nikolai Khabibulin.

The Barons hit the road for the first time in November for a 2-game set at Lake Erie on Nov. 26-27. Following Tuesday's contest, the Barons will have completed 14 of their first 20 games at the Cox Convention Center.

* Captain Ben Ondrus had his first 2-goal game as a Baron in Sunday's 5-2 win over Milwaukee. Ondrus' last 2-goal AHL game was Nov. 27. 2009 vs. Binghamton as a member of the Toronto Marlies.
