Barons Open Promotion Packed Series against Montgomery Biscuits

Birmingham, AL - The Birmingham Barons will open a five-game series against the Montgomery Biscuits, Double-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays, beginning Wednesday, May 16th at 7:05 PM.
The home stand kicks off with AAA Wednesday presented by AAA of Alabama. Thursday marks the return of Thirsty Thursdays featuring 16 oz. beverages for $1 presented by Budweiser and Buffalo Wild Wings. We will also celebrate St. Patrick's Day in May as fans are encouraged to wear green to the ballpark. Prior to Thursday's game there will be a pre-game concert presented by Redline Bar & Grill. Gates will open at 6:00 PM.
The weekend starts with a bang featuring post-game fireworks on Friday presented by Coca-Cola, Dales Seasoning and MBS. The Barons will be giving away souvenir youth caps to the first 500 kids prior to game compliments of Edwards Chevrolet. Saturday will be DeMeco Ryans Night at Regions Park as the former Alabama linebacker and current Philadelphia Eagle will be on hand to sign autographs and take pictures with fans. Following the game, fans can enjoy our second Super Saturday Fireworks show of the season. The homestand concludes with Military Sundays presented by DRASH, Dreamland BBQ and Red Diamond. Fans presenting a military ID can purchase $3 general admission tickets every Sunday throughout the season.
