
Bane Earns Second Consecutive Player of the Week Honors

RICHMOND, Va. (June 2, 2015) - Richmond Raiders QB Jonathan Bane was named Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday by the Professional Indoor Football League (PIFL) for his play in Friday's game against the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks. This is his second consecutive week and third time this season earning these honors. Bane completed 24 of 40 passes for 276 yards and four touchdowns in Friday's outing.
In addition to Bane's outstanding performance, WR Robert Holland also earned Honorable Mention in the Offensive Player of the Week category. Holland hauled in eight catches for 107 yards and one touchdown.
The Raiders will look to continue their hot streak and add a fifth win to their current streak when they host the Nashville Venom on Saturday, June 6 at the Richmond Coliseum. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m.
