Bailey's back on Thunder roster

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Robert "The Jet" Bailey has rejoined the Daytona Beach Thunder. One of the most prolific and speediest receivers in indoor football, Bailey garnered an American Indoor Football League Southern Conference first team nod for special teams and a second team spot for wide receiver. Bailey led the Thunder with 56 catches for 920 yards and 23 touchdowns. He also averaged 20.7 yards on kickoff returns and scored a team-high 27 touchdowns.

"It's a positive to have him back,'' said Thunder coach Leon Bright. "I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do on the field in this system."

The Thunder (0-1) hosts the Columbus Lions Monday night at 6:30 p.m. Live audio and scoring updates are available on the Thunder's web site.
