DUNEDIN, FL - In a game that featured three ties and four lead changes, the Dunedin Blue Jays (14-7) fell 10-7 on Thursday night to the Bradenton Marauders (10-11). LF Chris Colabello drove in a run with a second inning double to the opposite field, going 1-for-4 on the night.

RHP Sean Reid-Foley endured his worst outing of the season, allowing six earned runs over 5.2 innings. With the Jays down 1-0 in the first, 1B Ryan McBroom doubled home a run to tie the game. The Jays took the lead an inning later on three separate RBI-hits, including Colabello's double to make it 4-1. With two outs in the top of the third, Bradenton came right back to tie the game at four with C Elias Diaz's three-run home run.

Reid-Foley surrendered two more runs in the fifth which gave Bradenton and starter RHP Buddy Borden a 6-4 lead, but the Jays countered in the bottom half. In a one run game and McBroom on third, C Danny Jansen's ball four pitch bounced to the backstop, sending McBroom home. The Jays' first baseman was able to evade a tag on a play at the plate to tie the game. Two batters later, 3B Dickie Joe Thon grounded out to second, but the Jays plated the go-ahead run.

After setting down four batters in relief of Reid-Foley, LHP Jose Fernandez (L, 0-1) came out to pitch the eighth. He allowed a single to Diaz followed by a walk to 1B Jerrick Suiter. A sac bunt and intentional walk later, RHP Carlos Ramirez (BS, 1) came in with a one run lead. He struck out RF Michael Suchy for the second out, but 3B Wyatt Mathisen jumped on a first pitch fastball, doubling to the left field corner and scoring all three runs.

RHP Sam Street (W, 1-0) came in for the final three innings and did not allow a hit for the Marauders to earn his first win of the season.

The Jays work their way back to even the series on Friday night. RHP Justin Shafer opposes JT Brubaker with first pitch at 6:30 pm. This story was not subject to the approval of the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues or its clubs.
