Published on November 20, 2007 under ECHL (ECHL) News Release
DALLAS - B2
Networks, the "Official Broadband Broadcast Provider" of the ECHL
announced that it has launched its groundbreaking new service, B2onDemand.
B2onDemand is an archive engine that gives fans access to all games and
events previously broadcast by B2 Networks and allows them to be purchased
as a personal keepsake. Every event including hockey games from the AHL,
ECHL, IHL, NAHL and USHL, along with collegiate and high school sports and
Fitness Universe competitions is immediately available from B2onDemand.
"We are extremely excited to launch our new B2onDemand service," stated
Richard Brosal, B2 Networks Executive Vice President for Business
Operations and Marketing. "We listened to the great fans who watch games on
B2 Networks and are offering them a service that is requested almost daily.
Family, friends and fans have been asking for copies of prior events
because they want to preserve their son's or daughter's great performance
or their team's dramatic win. Now they have that ability with B2onDemand."
The B2onDemand Archive Engine currently contains all events broadcast by B2
Networks from Sept. 1, 2007 to present. All events were recorded and
archived live during the original B2 Networks broadcast. Fans can relive
every great moment exactly the way it occurred and keep that memory
forever. Over the coming months all events broadcast by B2 Networks during
the past four years will become available through B2onDemand.
Access to the user-friendly B2onDemand search engine can be found at http://www.b2tv.com by
clicking on the front page banner titled B2onDemand. Each event purchased
will cost $15 (US) plus shipping and handling. The archived game or event
will arrive via US Mail as a Microsoft Windows Media Player file on a CD.
