B-Sens to Host Third Annual Hockey & Heels Event

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they will host their third annual Hockey & Heels event on Wednesday, Feb. 22. The event is open to all women ages 18 and over.
Beginning at 5 p.m. participants will meet in the Arena Club on the third floor of the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena to enjoy a catered dinner and cash bar courtesy of American Food & Vending. The women will then participate in a series of workshops.
Hockey & Heels workshops
* Live, on-ice hockey "chalk talk" with head coach Kurt Kleinendorst, assistant coach Steve Stirling and video coach Matt Meacham, featuring Mark Borowiecki, Corey Cowick, Derek Grant, Eric Gryba, Wacey Hamilton and Mike McKenna
* Referee/linesman demo and discussion
* Locker room tour and equipment tutorial with equipment manager Tom Severance
* Wellness seminar with athletic therapist Glen Kinney
* Player Q & A and photo session
Each participant will receive a commemorative Hockey & Heels gift bag and a ticket to the Friday, Feb. 24 B-Sens' home game versus the Norfolk Admirals.
Tickets for the event are $40 and can be purchased beginning Saturday, Jan. 28 by contacting Jason Camp at 607-722-7367, in person at the B-Sens' executive offices, or by visiting the Hockey & Heels table on the arena concourse during upcoming B-Sens' home games.
