BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators of the American Hockey League today announced that they have signed defenseman Jean-Francois David to a 25-game professional tryout agreement.
David, a native of Montreal, Quebec, has three goals, 20 assists and 57 penalty minutes in 19 games with Texas (ECHL) this season.
The 24-year-old also collected one assist and two penalty minutes in one game with Manitoba (AHL) this season.
Binghamton's next game is on Friday, Dec. 22, when they travel to Philadelphia to take on the Phantoms at 7:05 p.m.
The Senators return home on Saturday, Dec. 23 to host Rochester.
