
B-Sens Open Tenth Anniversary Season this Weekend

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -The Binghamton Senators will open their tenth season with back-to-back games tonight as they host the Hershey Bears at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.
Tonight's game will be preceded by a special banner raising ceremony to commemorate the Binghamton Senators 2011 Calder Cup championship. The ceremony will also recognize current players who were part of the championship team.
Saturday, Oct. 8 as the B-Sens host Johnson City native Jerry D'Amigo and the Toronto Marlies, all fans in attendance will receive a 2011-12 Binghamton Senators magnet schedule courtesy of Wendy's.
Both nights feature a block party on the Stuart Street side of the arena beginning at 5 p.m. The block parties feature live music, barbeque and beverages courtesy of American Food & Vending, and a Castle Bounce and obstacle course for children courtesy of Taylor Rental. The Brian Wolff Band will perform Friday evening, while Odd Man Out will entertain the crowd on Saturday.
Both games begin at 7:05 p.m. Tickets are $18.50 for side seating, $17.50 for end seating. Fans can purchase tickets at www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or in person at the Binghamton Senators' executive office or the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena box office.
