BIRMINGHAM, AL â Fans be sure to come out early to the Birmingham Barons game on Sunday, August 17th as the Barons take on the Chattanooga Lookouts. It's a special day at the Met, because it's Barons Team Autograph Day. The entire 2003 team will be on hand to sign autographs before the game. The autograph session will last from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM and then at 6:00 PM, your Barons will be defending their Southern League Championship against the Lookouts in hopes of reaching the Southern League playoffs for the fourth straight year.
Sunday's are already a great time to bring the family out to the ballpark with the Barons 5 for $25 family package, where you and your family can get 5 general admission tickets, 5 hot dogs and 5 cokes for just $25. But now with the chance to meet and get autographs from the defending Southern League Champion Barons it makes Sundays even better.
