(CEDAR PARK, TEXAS-APR. 11, 2015)- The Austin Spurs defeated the Bakersfield Jam 98-86 Saturday afternoon on the SWBC Court inside the Cedar Park Center. Orlando Johnson led the team with 29 points and seven assists. Casey Prather paced Bakersfield with 21 points and two assists.
Austin's Mouhamed Sene posted a season high (19 points, nine rebounds), along with team contributors Kyle Anderson (15 points, seven rebounds), Jonathan Simmons ( 12 points, four rebounds), and Jarell Eddie (12 points, two rebounds).
Austin came out strong, outscoring Bakersfield 55-43 in the first half. The Spurs would not let up the charge, expanding their lead to as much as 24 in the third quarter.
Bakersfield was led by Xavier Munford (19 points, seven assists), Mac Koshwal (14 points, 12 rebounds), and Jamil Wilson (11 points, six rebounds).
