Austin FC News Release
Austin, TEXAS - Austin FC announced today that on Saturday, May 1, the Club will officially open The Verde Store, a multi-level, 5,000 sq. ft. footprint state-of-the-art retail space in Q2 Stadium's North Building. The flagship store will feature a jersey customization station, apparel, headwear, and novelty items, as well as a dedicated shop-in-shop space for Austin FC Founding Partner, YETI.
"The range and quality of products available within the Verde Store exemplify the growing excitement surrounding Austin FC," commented Austin FC President, Andy Loughnane. "The grand opening of our flagship retail location is a milestone occasion for Q2 Stadium and the Club, and we look forward to offering Austin FC fans an unrivaled brand experience."
"The Verde Store is a flagship retail location in the truest sense. It was designed not just to provide unparalleled access to Austin FC apparel, but to be a source of pride and energy for the passionate Verde community," said Adam Beck, Senior Vice President of Rank + Rally. "We've been fortunate to interact with Austin fans throughout the community at our Verde Van activations. It's incredibly exciting to now welcome fans to our permanent retail home."
The Verde Store, open year-round, evokes Austin's musical roots and creative community. The store will offer the widest range of Austin FC merchandise available online or in-person, including a range of limited edition and rotating team apparel only available in the Verde Store. The Verde Store will be the destination for Austin FC jerseys, shirts, hats, and more. The Verde Store will also host a one-of-a-kind YETI in-store experience, featuring a dedicated footprint which will periodically launch custom YETI / Austin FC co-branded products.
The 5,000 sq. ft. store, located within Q2 Stadium's North Building, will be operated by Austin FC's Official Retail Partner, Rank + Rally, Levy's retail arm. Levy is also Austin FC's partner for matchday food, beverage, and hospitality. Rank + Rally will also oversee retail operations for two (2) additional Austin FC merchandise experiences at Q2 Stadium, the ATXFC Shop and a dedicated retail space in the stadium's Field Club. More information on Austin FC's additional distinct retail experiences will be announced in the coming weeks.
