The first annual MAX Capital City Classic is sure to be a grand slam event for Riverwalk Stadium. On March 10, 2009 fans from across the River Region will have the opportunity to witness the Crimson Tide of Alabama take on the Tigers of Auburn.

The word is spreading around Montgomery about this exciting game and it's not just about the baseball! Be in attendance to witness the spectacular pomp and circumstance that you wouldn't expect from a typical collegiate game.

BANDS - Members of both the Auburn University Band and Million Dollar Band from the University of Alabama will be in the stands playing your favorite university cheers, songs and more!

MASCOTS - Big AL and Aubie will be on hand to greet fans and pump up the crowd.

CHEERLEADERS - Both university squads will greet fans as they enter the main gates and then they can enjoy their performances throughout the game.
