Owen Sound Attack News Release
The Owen Sound Attack is announcing that General Manager Dale DeGray has acquired a pair of Draft Picks from the Guelph Storm one day ahead of the 2018 OHL Priority Selection presented by Real Canadian Superstore.
From the Storm, the Attack have acquired Barrie's 10th round pick in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection (196th overall) as well as the Owen Sound's own 12th round pick (235th overall).
In exchange, DeGray has dealt the Attack's 9th round pick in 2020 and the team's 11th round pick in 2021 to Guelph.
Owen Sound will now make 15 picks in Saturday's Draft, which fans can follow live.
A live television broadcast of the 2018 OHL Priority Selection presented by Real Canadian Superstore is also available and can be found HERE beginning at 9:00am on Saturday morning.
The Attack will be hosting their annual Draft Day gathering in the Seniors Centre (former Tannery) which is located on the East Side of the Bayshore parking lot. Doors will open at 8:45am with morning refreshments and a light lunch being served at noon by East Side Mario's.
General Manager Dale DeGray will also speak to fans throughout the day, answering questions and providing background information on drafted players.
