Atlanta Vibe News Release
The Atlanta Vibe have claimed outside hitter Yossiana (YAW-see-AW-nuh) Pressley off waivers, and have waived outside hitter Meghan McClure Jemison and middle blocker Kara McGhee, the organization announced Monday. Pressley was a five-year letterwinner at Baylor University, where she played alongside current Vibe middle blockers Shelly Fanning and Kara McGhee.
Pressley was named the 2019 AVCA, espnW, and Big 12 Conference Player of the Year, and finished her career with the Bears with five AVCA All-America Selections with First Team honors in each of her last three collegiate seasons. Postgrad, Pressley played professionally with ASPTT Mulhouse Volley-Ball in France during the 2021-22 season.
