
Atlanta United, Mercedes-Benz Stadium to offer COVID-19 vaccinations during Saturday's match

ATLANTA - As Atlanta United prepares to re-open Mercedes-Benz Stadium at capacity this Saturday, May 15 (7:00 p.m., Bally Sports Southeast), the club today announced plans to offer COVID-19 vaccinations on Saturday in partnership with Atlanta-Fulton County Emergency Management, Fulton Board of Health.
There will be two vaccination locations, one inside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium for ticketed fans, and one outside the gates, which will be accessible to all members of the public. The vaccines are free of charge and availability will follow FDA and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP as part of the CDC) guidelines. All minors must have a consent form signed by their guardian.
In both locations, people will be able to receive either their first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. To receive a second dose, a physical or digital copy of a vaccination card showing proof of the first Pfizer vaccine being administered more than three weeks prior to April 24 will be required. No materials are required to obtain the first dose.
Vaccination Locations:
Outside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium:
Hours: 3:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Location: Lot 17, located at 34 Mangum St., near Mitchell Street on the south side of the stadium.
Inside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium:
Hours: 5:30 p.m. until halftime.
Location: 300-level Skybridge
*Match tickets will be required for entry to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
