Atlanta United 2 Transfers Raimar Lopes to C.D. Nacional Da Madeira

ATLANTA (July 15, 2023) - Atlanta United 2 announced today it has transferred Raimar Lopes to C.D. Nacional da Madeira in Portugal's second division. The Brazilian has appeared in nine games this season and scored one goal in MLS NEXT Pro. In 2022, he produced four goals and six assists across 24 appearances, 21 starts, in USL Championship play. Raimar joined the club March 2, 2022 from Brazil's Athletico Paranaense.

ATL UTD 2 (6-7-5, 24 points) returns to action Sunday, July 23 at Fifth Third Bank Stadium to take on Huntsville City FC (7:30 p.m., ‚ Apple TV - MLS Season Pass). Some ATL UTD 2 matches are available with an ‚ MLS Season Pass ‚ subscription, located on the Apple TV app while the remainder of matches are streamed live on ‚ MLSNEXTPro.com.
