
Atlético de Madrid Coach Diego Simeone Reveals Traveling Roster Ahead of the 2019 MLS All-Star Game Presented by Target

NEW YORK - Ahead of the 2019 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target, Atlético de Madrid coach Diego Simeone today announced a stellar 26-man roster that will travel to the United States as the club's preseason gets underway. The Spanish super club will face the best of MLS at Exploria Stadium in Orlando on Wednesday, July 31 (8 p.m. ET, live on FS1, UniMás, TSN and TVA Sports).
The list of players features star signings, including 19-year-old superstar goalscorer João Félix and Mexican World Cup veteran Héctor Herrera who are set to join emblematic Spanish midfielder and Atleti captain Koke to represent Atlético de Madrid at the 2019 MLS All-Star Skills Challenge presented by Target on Tuesday, July 30, at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Among other key players, Atlético de Madrid also feature Ãlvaro Morata, a member of the Spain National Team and proven goalscorer in the world's most competitive leagues; Diego Costa , the hard-nosed striker who has enjoyed a long and successful career at the club level and with the Spain National Team; and Jan Oblak, one of the top goalkeepers on the international scene who has won the last four consecutive Zamora trophies as La Liga's best goalkeeper.
