February 22, 2021 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Aberdeen Wings News Release
Aberdeen Wings forward Will Arquiett, 20, had his best weekend in a Wings uniform as Aberdeen stayed hot with a weekend home sweep of the Minot Minotauros.
The 5'8 ¬Â³, 175 lb. native of Brasher Falls, NY, picked up four goals during the weekend as the Central Division-leading Wings improved their record to 27-1-1.
On Friday, the St. Lawrence recruit had a hat-trick in a 6-1 win, and on Saturday scored again in a 5-0 win. Since joining the Wings in January, Arquiett has 10 points in 13 games played.
"Will brings a great deal of energy to every practice and game," Wings head coach and general manager Scott Langer said. "He prides himself on outworking his opposition. Will's pace of play sets the tone for the rest of our group. His weekend performance was a bi-product of his work ethic and was an intricate part of our success."
Honorable Mention: Thomas Manty, Forward
