Armorettes Dance Team Auditions Announced

SPRINGFIELD, MA- The Springfield Armor will hold Armorettes Dance Team auditions on Saturday, September 29 for the 2012-13 season, the organization announced today. Applicants are required to be at least 18 years old at the time of auditions and must be a high school graduate or have a GED.

The audition will take place on Saturday, September 29 at the MassMutual Center, 1277 Main St., Springfield, Mass., 01103. Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the audition scheduled to start promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Armorettes Dance Team members perform at all Springfield Armor home games and participate in community and team-sponsored activities throughout the year. Dancers must be able to attend all rehearsals and home games and must have reliable transportation. Participants will be judged on dance technique, showmanship and physical appearance.

Pre-registration is $20 through Friday, September 28 at 5:00 p.m. On-site registration is $25 for the day of the audition.
