SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (July 16, 2015) - Arizona United SC (7-8-1) finishes its two-match road trip this Friday, July 17, when the club faces the Austin Aztex (5-9-3) at House Park in Austin, Texas. Kickoff is set for 5:30 p.m., and the match can be seen live at arizonaunited.com

Friday's meeting will be the third of the season, with Arizona United SC holding a 2-0-0 record over Austin Aztex in 2015.

"We will use all steps to see where we found success against (Austin), and where we struggle," said head coach Michael Dellorusso. "They're a hot and cold team, just like us, so it's one of those things where we will look when they're very good and also when they're vulnerable."

Arizona has already traveled to Austin once this season, a 1-0 win on April 11. Long Tan, the club's leading scorer, notched the game-winning goal early in the second half of that contest.

Austin traveled to Arizona, looking for revenge, on May 16 in the clubs' second meeting, but United overcame a 2-0 deficit to win 3-2. Tan scored two of Arizona's three goals in the win.

Entering tomorrow's match, both teams are coming off loses. The Aztex lost 3-1 to Real Monarchs SLC on July 11. United fell to Seattle Sounders FC 2, 4-0 on July 12.

Austin is led by forward Kris Tyrpak who has six goals and one assist. Forward Trevin Caesar is second for the Aztex with five goals in 2015. The team sits at 11th in the Western conference with 18 points.

Arizona is led by Tan, who has seven goals and one assist. Jonathan Top is the team's second-leading goal scorer with three goals while adding two assists. Arizona sits at 8th in the Western conference, two places out of a playoff spot, with 22 points.
