Springfield, MO - LF Mike Antico delivered an RBI single that led to a second (and game-winning) run scoring on a fielding error on the play, propelling the Springfield Cardinals (32-28, 66-63) to the 5-4 walk-off win in 10 innings against the Tulsa Drillers (22-38, 63-66) at Hammons Field on Thursday night. Springfield is 11-3 in their last 14 games and remain just 1.0 game behind 1st-place Wichita with nine games left in the Regular Season (only three left at home this Friday - Sunday).

Notables:

LF Mike Antico went 1x4 with two RBIs, including an RBI single in the 10th that drove in the tying run and led to the winning run scoring on an E9 fielding error committed by RF Ismael Alcantara on the play... 2B Thomas Saggese went 2x5 with a double, his Double-A leading 60th extra-base hit of the year... C Pedro Pages worked a pair of walks in the game and scored the winning run in the 10th inning... RHP Tekoah Roby logged 3.0 innings with just one run on one hit, striking out two.
