AMJ Player of the Week

The Guelph Storm announced today that defenceman Sam Lofquist is the AMJ Campbell Van Lines Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, November 22nd.

Lofquist recorded three points in three games this past week, including his first OHL goal. After joining the Storm as a free agent on November 11th from the NCAA, Lofquist scored the first Storm goal of the night against Brampton and later assisted on Conor O'Donnell's power play goal. Against the Soo on Friday night, the Wisconsin native assisted on Corey Syvret's power play marker.

Next up, the Storm welcomes the Erie Otters and the Kitchener Rangers to the Sleeman Centre on Friday and Saturday night respectively. Sunday afternoon the Storm heads to Mississauga to take on the Majors for a 2:00 pm start.
