Allen Americans News Release
The National Football League is not the only sports organization that will be busy this week, as your Allen Americans will be spending time helping out with multiple events in the Dallas/Fort Worth area during the week.
Thursday Sept 5th
The Allen Americans are helping host the McKinney Chamber Sports Mania Mixer on Thursday September 5th from 6:00-8:00pm at the McKinney Chamber. A few Dallas sports teams will be in attendance, including Americans player Trevor Ludwig and the Presidents' Cup Trophy. Don't miss your chance to take a picture with the championship trophy and sign up for additional sports related drawings and prizes throughout the night.
Friday Sept 6th
Come stop by the Allen Americans booth on the concourse during the Allen Eagles Football game this Friday and test your luck on our prize wheel. The Eagles (1-0) look to continue their undefeated season against the Cedar Hill Longhorns. Kick-off begins at 7:30pm.
Saturday Sept 7th
Team Store
With back to school shopping done for this year, it's now time to focus on back to hockey season shopping. The Allen Americans team store will be open from 10:00am-2:00pm on Saturday for anyone interested in purchasing a ticket plan or upgrading their current plan. The team store will also be offering special discounted and clearance prices on all items in the store. Opening night is less than 50 days away! #CHLChamps
Spokes4Hopes
The Allen Americans are proud to be involved with and help support the "Spokes4Hope" surprise event in which new bikes will be given to kids of our US Army Soldiers. On Saturday September 7th, 2013 the US Army 721st Engineer Company will hold its first annual Family Day since returning from Afghanistan last fall from 11:00-4:00pm in Grand Prairie. The Spokes4Hopes members, volunteers, police officers, and local sports athletes, including the Allen Americans players, ice angels and Biscuit will be surprising the children of the Men and Women of the US Army by dropping off brand new bicycles and helmets for them to enjoy.
Casino Night in Sherman
Americans fans, try your luck at your favorite casino games during Monte Carlo Night in Sherman. Join the Sherman Chamber of Commerce and Allen Americans for a night of fun, games, food and prizes at Monte Carlo Night, located in the Sherman Municipal Ballroom. Casino games, money machine, prizes, entertainment, heavy hors d'oeuvres and music. The event will run from 7:00-11:00pm and is for adults only.
