American Hockey League Announces Suspensions

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced the following suspensions:

Binghamton Senators right wing Zack Stortini has been suspended for two (2) games as a consequence of a match penalty for boarding, assessed in a game at Albany on Oct. 25.

Stortini will miss Binghamton's games Wednesday (Oct. 28) at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Friday (Oct. 30) vs. Utica.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins left wing Scott Wilson has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of a checking-from-behind incident in a game vs. Springfield on Oct. 24.

Wilson was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's game Wednesday (Oct. 28) vs. Binghamton.
