Sioux City 2, Grand Prairie 2 (Suspended - 6th)

The game between Sioux City and Grand Prairie was suspended due to rain with the scored tied 2-2 in the sixth inning. The game will resume tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow and play nine innings after.

Winnipeg 1, St. Paul 0 (Suspended - 3rd)

The game between Winnipeg and St. Paul was suspended due to rain with the Goldeyes up 1-0 on the Saints in the bottom of the third inning. The game will resume tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. and a seven inning game will follow.

Fargo-Moorhead at Sioux Falls (Postponed - Rain)

The game between Fargo-Moorhead and Sioux Falls has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader starting tomorrow at 2:05 p.m. Both games will be seven innings.

Amarillo 5, Wichita 1

The Amarillo Sox took down the Wichita Wingnuts 5-1 thanks to a solid effort by the pitching staff and an efficient six-hit game from the offense.

Amarillo starter Dayne Quist worked around four walks in 5.2 innings to hold the Wingnuts to one run. He struck out one batter and gave up four hits in his succesful bid for the win.

Offensively, Quist was backed up by RF Cory Patton and CF Jason Martin. Patton went 1-4 with his fifth homer of the year and Martin went 2-3 with a run and an RBI out of the ninth spot in the lineup.

Gary SouthShore 8, Lincoln 6

The Gary SouthShore RailCats came out on the winning side of a high scoring 8-6 game with the Lincoln Saltdogs.

The RailCats totaled 13 hits to overcome four errors in the field and a three-run rally from the Saltdogs in the bottom of the ninth. 2B Zac Mitchell and 1B Derek Smith paced the offense with four- and three-hit games respectively.

Mitchell drove in two runs and scored two of his own, while Smith went for two doubles (his first of the season) and a run.

Laredo 7, Kansas City 2 (In Progress - Top 9)

The game between Laredo and Kansas City is still in progress with the Lemurs leading 7-2 in the top of the ninth inning.
