Amarillo Bulls Tender Forward Charlie Singerhouse

AMARILLO, TX - The Amarillo Bulls added more grit and speed to its line-up for next season by tendering forward Charlie Singerhouse of the New Jersey Titans U18 AAA of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL).

Singerhouse, a native of West Windsor NJ, is third in scoring for the Titans who are 5th in the NAPHL's Under 18 Division. He has notched 11 goals and added 14 assists for 25 points in 19 games and 45 penalty minutes.

"Charlie is a big, power forward who play a solid 200-ft game and will play in the dirty areas of the ice," said Bulls Director of Scouting Erik Blasé. "He can score goals and is extremely hard to play against. Charlie is fast and physical."

"I've been watching him all year and he gets better. He plays the game the right way, so I'm expecting him to be able to jump in and contribute immediately next season."

In nearly three seasons in the NAPHL Under 16 and Under 18 levels, the 6-1, 165-pound forward has played in 50 games and has scored 15 goals and 24 assists for 39 points. He's been a big part of the special teams for the Titans, netting two power play goals and adding a couple of more shorthanded.

Charlie Singerhouse joins Matt Nehls, Brycon Johnson and Patrick Choi as players tendered by the Amarillo Bulls for the 2015-16 season.

Hockey is back this Friday and Saturday at the Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center when the Bulls host the rival Odessa Jackalopes at 7 pm. Friday is The People's Federal Credit Union Bobblehead Night and Saturday is Western Night Presented by American Classifieds. The first 500 fans receive a mini-cowbell. One lucky child will win a bicycle courtesy of Seven Bar and Grill.

Fans who buy their tickets at the Bulls Office located at 301 South Polk are eligible to get free children's meal with their purchase. The Bulls Office is also the place to inquire about the $5 section and the All You Can Eat Seats. Additional tickets can be purchased at the Civic Center Box Office and all Panhandle Ticket Outlets including United Supermarkets or online at www.panhandletickets.com.
