Long Island TBA vs. TBA *if necessary GAME 3 OF DIVISION SERIES: The Skeeters completed their series sweep of York after a 8-6 victory against the Revolution in Game 3 on Friday night. The Skeeters have now reached the Championship Series twice in the last three seasons.

Josh Prince carried the Skeeters, going 2-3 with 5 RBI, which included a grand slam that put the Skeeters up 6-2 in the 6th. The Skeeters took a 6-4 lead into the bottom of the 9th but the Revolution managed to tie it back up with two outs, giving Derrick Loop his 1st blown save of the series. The Skeeters bounced back by pushing two runs across in the 10th to secure the win.

PLAYOFF HISTORY: The Skeeters also appeared in the playoffs in 2013 and 2014 and currently hold a 6-8 postseason record. All six playoff wins have come against York Revolution to advance to the Atlantic League Championship Series in 2014 and 2016.

-Jeremy Barfield has leads the Skeeters offense, batting .292 (21-72) with 4 HR, 15 RBI and 10 R in 20 G against the Ducks this season. Robbie Weinhardt has yet to allow an earned run in 6 G against the Ducks.

Stat Line: (0-0, 0.00 ERA, 5.1 IP, 3H, 1 R, 0 ER, 7 K, 3 BB) LAST TIME OUT FOR HALE: Jake Hale pitched six strong innings, only giving up a run on three hits with two strikeouts and three walks in a 4-1 victory over the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs.

SKEETERS STREAKING: With their successful sweep of York Revolution in the Division Series, the Skeeters have won their last seven games which includes their four-game sweep of Southern Maryland to end the regular season.
