
AHL announces suspensions

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League announced today that Lowell Lock Monsters head coach Tom Rowe and Norfolk Admirals head coach Trent Yawney have been suspended indefinitely, pending further league review, for their actions during AHL Game #348 on Saturday night in Norfolk, Va.
Both Rowe and Yawney were assessed gross misconduct penalties at the 20:00 mark of the first period on Saturday.
Additionally, Lowell defenseman Allan Rourke has also been suspended indefinitely, pending review of the match penalty he received in the same game.
