AHL announces suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that San Antonio Rampage right wing Francis Lessard has been suspended for four (4) games as a result of his actions in a game vs. Iowa on Oct. 25.

Lessard was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 29.1 (supplementary discipline).

Lessard will miss San Antonio's games on Friday (Oct. 31) vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Saturday (Nov. 1) vs. Providence, Nov. 7 at Milwaukee and Nov. 8 vs. Quad City.
