
Aeros loan Khudobin to ECHL Florida

HOUSTON, Texas - Houston Aeros Assistant General Manager Troy G. Ward announced today that goaltender Anton Khudobin has been loaned to ECHL Florida.
Khudobin, 22 (5/7/86), did not play in the first two Aeros games this season. He finished the 2007-08 season with a 2-2-1 record with the Aeros and a 1.99 goals-against average (GAA) in 12 games. He was voted the ECHL Goaltender of the Year last season with the ECHL's Texas Wildcatters. Khudobin had a 20-1-4 record and led all ECHL goaltenders with a 1.98 GAA and .934 save percentage. This is his second professional season.
The Houston Aeros are celebrating their 3rd Annual Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness night this Saturday against I-10 rival, the San Antonio Rampage. The puck will drop at 7:35 p.m. and ticket packages are available in which a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Houston Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for a Cure®.
