
Admirals Add Defenseman Johnston from Oilers

Norfolk, VA.-The Norfolk Admirals, ECHL affiliate of the Nashville Predators, acquired defenseman Daniel Johnston from Tulsa in exchange for other considerations.
Johnston, 25, is in his fifth year as a professional after spending six season between Portland and Lethbridge in the Western Hockey League. In four games with the Oilers this season Johnston has recorded one assist to go along with four penalty minutes. In 194 career ECHL games the Calgary, AB native has scored 13 goals to go along with 46 assists (59 pts).
Johnston and the Admirals host Manchester on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday this week on the back half of a six-game home stand.
