Aces Welcome Memphis and Nashville For 8-Game Homestand

Reno, Nev. - The Reno Aces kick off their August home schedule with an eight-game homestand, highlighted by giveaways, fireworks, discounts and special events. First pitch for each game is scheduled for 7:05 p.m., except Sunday, Aug. 11 (1:05 p.m.).

Thursday's series opener against the Memphis Redbirds marks another Coors Light Thirsty Thursday™ presented by New West Distributing, ESPN Radio 94.5 FM and Reno News & Review. Fans can enjoy $2 beer specials through the middle of the fifth inning. Local food trucks will also be on-hand prior to Thursday's game, next to the rotunda entrance. Gates will open to the food trucks at 5:30 p.m., while Aces Ballpark gates will open at their regularly scheduled time of 6:00 p.m.

Friday's game brings Saint Mary's Fireworks Friday presented by KRNV News 4 back to the ballpark, with fireworks immediately following the game. The second annual Mascot Night will also take place, featuring Archie and other top mascots from the area. Over 10 mascots will be on-hand, and will be available for photo opportunities throughout the game.

Saturday night, 2,000 lucky fans will receive Reno Aces Playing Card Decks presented by KOLO 8 News Now. Girls' Night Out presented by Alice @ 96.5 will also return Saturday. For only $28, fans can purchase a package that includes an Infield Premium or Sports Bar ticket, a commemorative wine glass and a pre-game wine tasting event. Sunday afternoon's series finale against the Redbirds includes another Renown Children's Hospital Family Funday, featuring baseball bingo.

The Nashville Sounds come to town Monday for another Margarita Monday presented by Alice @ 96.5, featuring half-price margaritas.

On Tuesday evening, fans can take advantage of 2-for-$22 Tuesday presented by KTVN Channel 2 News. Fans can purchase two general admission tickets, two hot dogs, and two sodas for only $22. The 2-for-$22 ticket packages can be purchased by calling (775) 334-7000 or visiting the Aces Ballpark Ticket Office.

Bargain hunters can take advantage of another great deal on Wednesday with Dollar Wednesdays presented by KTVN Channel 2 News, featuring $1 ribs throughout the game. The first of two Dog Days of Summer will also occur Wednesday at Aces Ballpark. For only $25, fans can purchase a "dog days pack" that includes two general admission tickets for that night's Aces game. Bags, water, and treats will also be provided for dogs at the event.
